Hike and a Sketch
Rebecca and I went for a hike from Colchester Point across the old railway bed towards South Hero. See the map. We didn’t get all the way to the cut and the bike ferry, but pretty close. Windy, warm and lots of wildlife (otter, wood ducks, mergansers, canada geese, tons of frogs, fish, a snake and many other marshy creatures.) Went home and set up a small still life of yellow flowers in a jar. Will apply a first layer of paint on this later today.
